If you are still using a Pod 2 unit, it is important to note we have a new Pod 3 unit available! With the 2G network being shutdown in various countries, we highly recommend upgrading to the Pod 3 device instead. There are some great perks like increased tracking accuracy with the new version as well! For more information on upgrading to a Pod 3, contact one of our support agents.
If you love your Pod 2 and your country will continue to support the 2G network for years to come, you can simply renew your Pod 2 subscription.
- Log into your Pod app
- Click on the "..." button in the top right corner of your map screen and select Settings
- Click My Pods
- Select the Pod you would like to renew a subscription for
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your card details in the correct field
- Your status should change to Active
