If you are still using a Pod 2 unit, it is important to note we have a new Pod 3 unit available! With the 2G network being shutdown in various countries, we highly recommend upgrading to the Pod 3 device instead. There are some great perks like increased tracking accuracy with the new version as well! For more information on upgrading to a Pod 3, contact one of our support agents.

If you love your Pod 2 and your country will continue to support the 2G network for years to come, you can simply renew your Pod 2 subscription. 

Here's how:

  1. Log into your Pod app
  2. Click on the "..." button in the top right corner of your map screen and select Settings
  3. Click My Pods
  4. Select the Pod you would like to renew a subscription for
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your card details in the correct field
  6. Your status should change to Active
