You can cancel your Pod subscription via the app as follows:
- Open the Pod app
- Click on the menu button in the top-left of the map screen (the button with 3 lines). If your pet doesn't appear, then press and hold the menu button and all pets should be displayed
- Click on the name of your pet to get to the Pet screen
- Click the image of the Pod to get to the Pod Details page
- Click the menu button (three dots in the top right)
- Select Cancel Subscription from the menu
- Click the Cancel Subscription button.
Your subscription will be cancelled and you won't be charged any further for the service.
Important to note: If your Pod unit does not have an active subscription setup, after 30 days it will be terminated by the telco provider and will not be recoverable. If you decide you do want to use the device in the future, please be sure to reactivate a subscription within 30 days.
