We’ve had some unfortunate issues with our network connectivity which has put extra pressure on the business at a time when we were already behind in providing replacement stock to some of our customers. 

We've recently sent a batch of replacement stock to customers who were within their warranty period and on a suitable subscription plan, however, we unfortunately don’t currently have stock available to send to customers who are still waiting on a replacement. We will also need some time to work out a plan for those customers who were out of the warranty period when their issues were logged with us.  

We don’t have an expected availability date at the moment unfortunately, but we expect it will take a few months to produce the next batch of product for you. We sincerely apologise for the delay and we appreciate your understanding.
