To cancel an active Pod subscription, please make sure to contact our support team at [email protected] with the 15 digit Pod ID/IMEI number of the unit.

Important to note: If your Pod unit does not have an active subscription setup, after 30 days it will be terminated by the telecoms provider and will not be recoverable. If you decide you do want to use the device in the future, please be sure to reactivate a subscription within 30 days.
