App Update

At Pod we constantly update the app to introduce new features or fix bugs that may have been introduced in earlier releases. We recommend periodically checking here to ensure you have the latest app release. You may find some features do not work properly if you do not have the most recent app downloaded to your device.

If you find you need help using the Pod or using the app, you can click any of these buttons to get quick answers.

The Search for Help function will take you to the Pod Help database where you can search for any topic you choose. We’ve tried to optimize our search engine so you can find everything you need without too much hassle. If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, it might be helpful to browse the articles or contact one of our support agents.

The Troubleshooting function is there to help you solve problems that others commonly run into. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, it may be helpful to browse the other articles available or get in touch with support.

The FAQs or Frequently Asked Questions section is there to address the questions that we’re asked all of the time! This is a great place to start when you’re first getting to know your Pod.

When all else fails, we have a fantastic support team available most hours of the day to chat with you. You can open a chat screen right inside of your Pod app and speak with an agent to quickly solve issues or answer your questions.
