If your Pod is lost

If your Pod has fallen off of a collar, please go into your app and find the last known location in the Location History screen. Customers are usually able to recover the Pod this way. If your Pod cannot be recovered for whatever reason, we are pleased to be able to offer you a replacement at a discount. Contact our support team with the following information to receive a link to a discounted Pod:

  • Full name
  • Where you purchased
  • Pod ID in question
  • Mailing address
  • Phone number
  • A short message about your lost Pod

If your Pod is Faulty – Under Warranty

Pod has a 12 month warranty which covers manufacturing defects for Pods and accessories only. If you believe you qualify for a replacement under warranty, please send the following information to our support team:

  • Full name
  • Where you purchased
  • Pod ID in question
  • Mailing address
  • Phone number
  • Description of what you are experiencing and a photo showing the damage if applicable

If your Pod is Damaged – Not Under Warranty

We’re sorry to hear your Pod has been damaged. We do understand that pets can be quite adventurous and will damage the Pod from time to time. Because of this we’re happy to offer you a significant discount on a replacement Pod. Please contact our support team with the following information to receive a link to a discounted Pod:

  • Full name
  • Where you purchased
  • Pod ID in question
  • Mailing address
  • Phone number
  • Description of what happened to your Pod and a photo (just in case it does fall under warranty)
