Shipping / Delivery Information

Pods are shipped from three locations around the world where stock is held. We currently have warehouses in the UK, Los Angeles and Sydney. Once you have placed your order, your details will be sent to the closest shipping warehouse where the warehouse will pick, pack and post your Pod(s). As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you have not received your shipping/tracking number, then your order is being held at the warehouse, most likely waiting on new stock to arrive.

Pod 3 units are currently shipping out on a rolling basis from our warehouses, in the order they were received. We do hope to have all outstanding orders fulfilled by Early to Mid-November, and we are doing everything in our power to get shipments out as quickly as possible.
